I’m a product manager with over a decade of experience navigating the intersection of sustainability, policy, and emerging technologies. With a background spanning conflict resolution with The Carter Center to sustainable software innovation at VMware, I’ve worked on translating complex, messy challenges into impactful, actionable solutions that drive both social and business value.

My expertise lies in structuring complexity, leading initiatives from concept to reality, and building scalable systems. Highlights include:

• Sustainable Software at VMware: Spearheaded VMware’s first sustainable software team within the Office of the CTO. Developed products that monitor and reduce carbon footprints in the cloud, like Green Score, Deep Cooling, and Sustainable AI.

• Tech for Good Programs: Created and led a program to co-develop tech solutions for nonprofits and established a pricing model that attracted hundreds of new nonprofit customers.

• Conflict Resolution with The Carter Center: Facilitated UN-backed peace negotiations during the Syrian crisis and pioneered the use of social media data to track and respond to humanitarian needs.
